I'm a mom of three grown kids and grandma of three. Each of my children is wonderfully different—and raising them stretched me in ways I never expected and definitely wasn't prepared for.
That's exactly why I'm passionate about Gen 1 Parenting. I know what it feels like to need support, encouragement, and the reminder that you're not alone. Whether through coaching, workshops, or resources like my chapter in The Perfectly Imperfect Family, my goal is simple: to help you feel equipped and confident as you navigate the beautiful, messy reality of raising your unique kids.
With over 30 years working with families as a teacher, educator, and coach, I focus on two things that matter most: connection and competence. Strong relationships with your kids AND practical tools that actually work. You need both, and I'm here to help you build the family life you long for.
Why Gen 1 Parenting?
Most of us parent based on how we were raised—or we resolve to do the opposite. But that's often the extent of our "training." I know it was for me! This cycle repeats generation after generation.
